Davies Stewart are partnering with their client team who work on major projects around Australia. Looking for a temporary role for approximately three to four weeks with an immediate start.
As the office manager, you will assume responsibility in many different areas including bookkeeping, office duties such as administration support for the management team. Along with supporting projects through administering safety inductions

Duties & Responsibilities:
Process payments, raise orders/invoices and process/reconcile Xero
Check supplier invoices against job sheets and purchase orders, making enquiries as necessary
Perform daily banking activities, including the maintenance and balance of petty cash
Reconcile bank account on a daily basis in Xero
Liaise with external company Accountant
Payroll - Collect weekly timesheets
Front of House duties: Greet clients as they enter/ring/email and direct them to a staff member accordingly
Comply with relevant work, health and safety practices
Provide administration support to the management team as required
Book couriers and transport (e.g. flights and car rentals) and accommodation when required
File and archive as required
Order office supplies, office equipment, kitchen supplies and maintain stock levels
Facilitate safety inductions via a third party provider prior for employees required to complete on-site work/ installations
Skills & Experience:
Xero experience is required
