About the Role:

As a Senior Manager, you will assume responsibility to shape and optimise the end-to-end customer journey. Reporting directly to the head of Strategic Sales and Business Development, to effectively achieve business goals and fostering a customer-centric culture.

Culture & Benefits:
Permanent position- Full time hours
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in customer service management or a similar role Proficiency in CRM systems
Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word and Excel
Driver's License
Duties & Responsibilities:
Shaping and optimising the end-to-end customer journey
Fostering a customer centric culture
Monitor and improve experiences within customer interactions
Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer loyalty
Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to customise the CRM platform
Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, think critically and find practical solutions
Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience keeping track of customer information when handling inquires and resolving complaints
Being adaptable and open to change
Clear and effective communication including ability to listen actively, understand inquires, and provide concise and helpful responses
