About the Role:
Reporting to the Specialist Supports Manager, the Client Engagement Consultant serves as a key point of contact for all prospective clients, their families, and representatives. This role is integral in delivering a welcoming, responsive, and person-centred intake and onboarding experience that seamlessly transitions individuals into service delivery.
The Consultant plays a vital role in fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive account management journey by identifying client needs, co-designing tailored supports, preparing service quotes, and developing personalised Service Agreements. They are also responsible for gathering and managing client-specific data to support ongoing service delivery.
Duties:
• Assist in providing an individualised and professional sales front door for DLi's services, including responding to enquiries and supporting reception services by answering the phone and following up on information requests about DLis services and costs
• Assist with clients experiencing a positive, seamless and well transitioned pathway into DLi services
• In conjunction with client services, determine clients' eligibility for DLi's services.
• Develop appropriate and tailored quotes that meet the needs of potential clients and the organisation's
• Liaise with Client Services delivery teams around actioning new client services to ensure positive intake and commencement of service delivery.
• Undertake client satisfaction surveys.
• Assists with the preparation of complex management reports.
• Work proactively within the disability sector to encourage and grow new clients for DLi
• Build DLi's brand awareness and network connections through attendance at expo and other events.
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators are being met as required
• Maintain culturally sensitive and inclusive practice
Skills and experience:
• Possession of a current Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel independently as required
• Maintenance of mandatory training certifications as required by DLi
• Undergo necessary medical evaluations as requested
• Physical capability to perform manual handling procedures safely and effectively
• Relocation within the organisation as required
• DLi has a non-smoking policy for staff at all work sites and in all vehicles
