We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to provide key leadership across the Dublin site. This role is a senior management role and would be running IWS's Dublin Eco Hub. The successful incumbent will oversee and facilitate the progression of the Eco Hub, managing the current and future operations of the site.
About the Role:
As a Production Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the site, key stakeholder management, project management and any other ad hoc duties across the Dublin Eco Hub Site. Serving as the central point of coordination, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support to the entire site while facilitating seamless communication across the Eco Hub.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Eco Hub, ensuring efficient operations, planning, scheduling, and costing.
Drive the strategic planning and direction of the Eco Hub, including recruitment, team development, and resource allocation.
Serve as the primary client-facing representative, responsible for delivering proposals and maintaining client relationships.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and environmental standards across operations
Identifying opportunities for business growth and operational enhancement.
Continue the development of the broader site.
Further Duties:
Composting - processing over 100,000 tonnes per annum.
MSW Organic fraction processing - process over 170,000 tonnes per annum.
Revegetation of a large closed landfill cell.
Development of an enclosed composting facility to enable the generation of carbon credits.
Development of a solar farm.
Development of a horticultural farm using compost products generated, and RO water powered from renewable energy.
Development of a biogas power plant.
Continue the development of the broader site.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Trade Certificate, or Environmental Science
Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving operational excellence
Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgeting, capex management, and general project management finance
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
Collaborative mindset, capable of working seamlessly in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving priorities
Thorough knowledge of relevant regulations
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
