About the Role:
Davies Stewart are partnering with McMahon Services to recruit for a Project Engineer. As a Project Engineer, you will report to the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager and be responsible for working on project plans, establishing project criteria, coordinating project reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
-Project management
Support the project manager in managing all aspects of the project
Analyse and document project needs, goals, and objectives
Provide a focal point for all construction-based queries and advise subcontractors/suppliers
Prepare and submit technical RFI's.
Participate in project progress meetings
Assist with the preparation of the project programs
-Commercial, Procurement and Contract Management
Track budget and schedule, make adjustments to reach goals
Assist in preparing Notices of Delay, variations and EOT submissions.
Assist in preparing Progress Claims to ensure claims are submitted in accordance with individual project contractual Terms & Conditions
-Stakeholder management
Support and manage an effective relationship and communication with all relevant stakeholders
Analyse customer project needs and address them in alignment with Company values
Skills & Experience:
Strong communication skills including the ability to collaborate with others
Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
Proven experience in structural/infrastructure project
Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering and/or Project Management
Experience in contract administration and management
Knowledge of the engineering industry and Australian Standards is required
Proficiency in using project management suite of software ERP systems and project management platforms
