About the role :
To support the development and implementation of talent attraction strategies aimed at building a robust pipeline for the future workforce, the Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate with the management team to design, oversee, and execute innovative strategies that attract top talent to McMahon Services, aligning with their growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement contemporary talent attraction strategies in consultation with the business to address anticipated skill gaps, ensuring the company has the right talent to achieve its objectives and growth targets
Partner with senior leaders to proactively assess future talent needs based on strategic goals, industry trends, and workforce planning data
Identify critical roles and proactively build a pipeline of exceptional candidates through diverse sourcing channels and platforms
Provide guidance on modern recruitment processes and talent initiatives
Enhance talent attraction policies, procedures, systems, and tools across the organisation
Establish mechanisms to report and track recruitment effectiveness, including baseline performance metrics and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling employer branding materials
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to represent the company at job fairs, industry events, in-house career days, and networking opportunities
International recruitment management
Perform activities in accordance with company policies, standards, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
About You:
Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Senior talent acquisition/ recruitment or generalist human resources experience in similar role
Strong commercial acumen with experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that support organisational objectives
Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and coaching to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas needed to source and select workforce
Ability to create new initiatives to improve efficiencies, reduce risk and/or increase compliance
